ODI | VIDEO + INTERVIEWS

BAS ODI (On Deck Interviews) spotlight creatives of the Global South/Black Diaspora. We center ACTIVATED liberation work, taking our cues from those who have walked the walk. Our Black Sublime lens embraces the rhizomatic-quantumness of Black Being. We seek the courageous ones who understand that this Blackness is often beyond the frame of contemporary art, unless profitable. We want to share your stories, your process, your thoughts on cultural production.

ODI interviews creatives, curators, thinkers, archivists of history and culture. We seek the rooted ones who can envision a harvest-who are not strangers to spirit things, but in fact grasp that we just might be existing in multiple realities. After all, we are Black people.

Our videos will range in length from 60 sec. to 10 minutes, offering a brief, yet palpable experience of the work and the perspectives of those featured.
